Tendu transportation
  • The unit officer will inspect the work being undertaken by Food Munshi and will control the Food wise Form 1.1 and 1.1 A (Food Munshi daily computing notebook) will certify it after checking. If any reduction or increase in the details are found then it should be immediately corrected.
    • Tendu transport: - For the exit of Tendu sacks from Food to warehouse unit officer will issue a way-bill in form 1.4.
    • Warehouse Receipt: -Warehouse scalar will confirm the number of sacks as per details in the way-bill form 1.4 as soon as the Tendu leaves sacks reaches the warehouse. Will match the stack number written on bags with the number written on the way-bill form. In case of any variation he shall immediately inform to his concerned warehouse officer through the concerned unit officers and section officer.
    • Warehouse scalar shall count 2 per cent sacks of each truck / tractor and make complete calculation and weighing of sacks. Assuming 2 percent as a basis of reduction shall calculate the deduction of bundles himself obtained from the truck / tractor.
    • Shall store all received sacks after weighing them and getting the weights marked on sacks.
    • Warehouse scalar store separately the 2 percent sacks in different storages the statement will be reflected in a Register separately.
    • Warehouse scalar will issue a Preliminary Information in Form 1.5 (receipt) to get Tendu leaves at warehouse.
    • Warehouse officer shall enter the the number of sacks obtained date and quantity wise in form no. 6.1.
Tendu sales work
  • Regional Sales Manager will prepare consolidated return list of all the divisions in the prescribed format.
    Regional Manager will take action through invitation of tender/auction and will get full information about the tenders/auction published in newspapers. Tenders in all divisions will be invited together at the same time and will be opened at the same time. Return tender can be given in any tender center (division).
    Tenders of Tendu sales will be received in all divisions. Logging Divisional Manager will submit the results of tenders received to the Regional Manager who will prepare comparative description of all tenders and compile the tender results.
  • Regional Manager will send the tender result to headquarters for approval.After receiving approval from headquarters, regional manager will send a notice of acceptance of the tender results to the respective divisional logging managers. divisional logging managers will send notice of acceptance to the concerned successful buyers and return them to get paid bail proceedings of the sales contract and will issue evacuation orders.
